The role of the Pharmacist includes:
Oversee medications administered to patients Clinical medication management and ascertaining clinical medication management needs Reviewing and monitoring of medication regimens Assessment of patients with undiagnosed or diagnosed conditions Specialized monitoring of disease states Providing patients with health monitoring and advice Supervising pharmacy technicians Overseeing and dispensing prescription medication Education and counseling on optimal use of non-prescription or over the counter drugs Referrals to other health professionals Pharmacokinetic evaluation Administering immunizations (if applicable) Coordinate and adjudicate with insurance companies as necessary Minimum Requirements:
